About the event

This journey isn't merely a stroll in the park; it's a step toward walking freely without anxiety, alongside individuals from various backgrounds who have experienced or are currently facing anxiety. There is strength in numbers, as we support and encourage one another throughout this process. Together, we will explore strategies, coping techniques, tracking tools, and worksheets to help you move forward from anxiety.


Sessions will begin with a warm drink and pastries, followed by an introduction of the host and the group. Each participant will receive a worksheet pack and a group task.


The walking session will take place in small groups while we work on the group task:


  • Walk and task: 45 minutes
